I love how everyone is included in this episode (even side characters like Garrett, Leonard, and Magnitude). The rift between Abed and Troy is a little disheartening right now but it leads into the high conceptual episode I think next time. Subway is probably the second weirdest relationship for Britta in this season at least in my opinion. Great reaction. As a former-community college student, always love this series

Yeah, this episode is definitely designed to as a lead in for the next one. I think that's why it seemed like the A storyline (Britta and Subway) and the B storyline (Troy and Abed) were the only ones that really clicked. But trust me, the payoff (for me at least) is worth it. If you tried to guess the type of war film that they are going to parody, you probably wouldn't come up with it, but oh, is it well done.
