Super thankful that i got to watch this today as I was having quite an emotional day and this made me a little happier =) Creed is actually going to become somewhat of a fan-favorite throughout the series so you'll have to wait for his many many quotable lines. Michael is just too much but there's some scenes (like with the kids) that'll make you feel for him. I think there's one coming up this season that just makes you sit there with such sympathy with him.. Anyway, this helped me make it through a hard day so thank you :)

Everytime I try to feel sorry for Michael, he shows how every action he takes is motivated by selfishness. The scene with the kids was nice, but all he had to do was give them candy to get them to like him, unlike his employees. Jim letting it slip that Pam is so important to him that he's willing to pass up a job that not only is he qualified for, but is much better than his current job was heartwarming. Also, Pam recognizing that Jim would probably find more fulfillment from a better job, and is deserving of a better job, even if it meant no longer having him there for her, was sweet as well.

The purpose of the final scene with the kids is meant to show what Michael is actually like when he doesn't know that the cameras are on him.

This episode has one of my favorite characters in it, Creed Bratton. Mostly you will just see him in the background but every once in a while you catch a small glimpse about who he is.
