Wow funny you feel that way considering you watch Always Sunny which is offensive every episode

I heard the perfect explanation of this show the other day and I wanted to share it with you. They said The IT Crowd is a parody of a sitcom. I think that's correct. The cringe and the over the top stuff is intentional. I'll just skate past the stuff we didn't like about this episode. I'm an airbender, violence toward any group offends me. But I always loved the bit with the internet. So funny. I can't remember anything horrible in this next episode so just enjoy.

Are you thinking they over did the stereotyping to show how bad these attitudes are and how dumb they look? Or is it sending a message a transwoman is actually a man so can take a beating? I think that's the difference. The intention behind the bit. Then the question is how effective it is in exposing the bigotry and how funny it is, which is subjective so- I haven't watched sunny but I saw someone break down a scene they did on racism and that was the important thing about the scene. So if that's what you think they were doing that's something to consider. That's what I think about the sexual harassment episode as well.

Moss coming up with the brilliant idea and convincing Jen that tiny little black box with a red light on top of it was the Internet is ridiculously funny and Roy was also very convincing and I thought he overcooked it by adding The Elders Of The Internet but Jen's narcissism bought it without question, and the other storyline was so cringing to watch and I wish they replaced it with a longer version of Jen's Speech. Can't wait for the next one.
