In the side plot in this episode, Andy Dwyer accomplished the following things: Handing out possibly the greatest series of code names ever created Staring at a cork board with two pictures on it for hours Smushing a pie into Jerry's face in slow motion Drawing on a TV screen with a permanent marker Allowing Ben to get successfully pied in the face on the perpetrator's second attempt But... he also solved the case. A character as dumb as Andy gives the writers a difficult balance to pull off, but on this show, they manage it flawlessly, over and over again.
