I love how much Jim messes with Dwight in this episode. When you were discussing the different movies they were in, I kept thinking of Phyllis being the voice of Sadness in Inside Out. My favorite part was definitely the part with the box and this shows some of the humor that The Office is known for throughout the later seasons. Also: Don't worry, there is still that genuine Michael not reading the room but they changed it so that he actually cares about his employees just like Leslie Knope cares about her department. Still cringe but not mean-spirited.

Jim Pranking Dwight was the highlight for me, only Pam joined in on the prank but I wish everyone else got involved in the prank too.

Wow, those Trump jokes are way funnier now than back then. I did eventually come to tolerate Michael as he evolves, although he never became dear to me. With the debate coming up on Parks, I think I need to paraphrase Michael Dukakis's running mate and say, "No sir, you are no Leslie Knope." I may have just really dated myself with that comment.
