hey guys, great reaction as always! that notification gave me something to look forward to after a 16 hour shift lol. something really cool about the 1st season - part of the 2nd season, The Janitor was written as a figment of J.D's wild imagination. the reveal was planned for the first season finale if the show was cancelled, but (obviously) it wasn't. The Janitor has *so many* improvised lines, and he becomes absolutely hilarious. his improv convinced the writers to keep him in the show and introduce him to the other characters! can't wait for the next episode!

Dr. Cox kills it every time he's on screen and I hope he gets more and more involved as the show progress because his interactions outside the hospital are hilarious and I can't wait for the next one.
