I think this was the episode that Scrubs fans were waiting for you to get to; it very effectively demonstrates the show's potential at its best, jumping from laughter to tears and back at a moment's notice. Or, to put it slightly differently: "I've got a ton of bricks for Real Talk Reactions. Sign here, please?"

I am totally re-obsessed with Scrubs thanks to you! I'm watching the series again, staying a couple episodes ahead and I just keep thinking, "I can't wait until the reaction for this episode comes out!" The writing and acting on this show is just so good... they spend the whole episode making you laugh while sneakily building up these separate storylines, then at the end the pull that one last string that ties all the stories together in a nice neat bow. A nice neat bow that makes you cry.
