I Absolutely Loved This Episode And Everything About This Episode. Queen Dolores Is Ten Steps Ahead Of Everyone, Dr Ford Prepared Her well For The Real World. Also I Loved That Whole Night Out Scene And That Reveal Was Epic And Didn't see That coming At All Also Maeve Was Gangster In This Episode Until That Last Scene But I Understand, That Guy Cannot Be Beaten Even in Real Life. Also Loved The Bernard And Stubbs Friendship And RJ nearly killed Me That Comment "Bernard And His Garage Door Clicker " 🤣🤣🤣 Also I Loved How Dolores Got Her Revenge Against William, That Last scene Where Dolores Said Welcome To The End Of The Game That Line Was Epic. Can't Wait For The next Episode It's Going to Be Brilliant.

This is where the season peaked for me. The Good: This was prime Dolores and deserved all of the awards as she masterminded her plan against William. That’s sweet revenge but by the tracker placed in his neck, it’s unfortunately not the deserved ending for the bastard as it should have been. I just love Maeve. She was done dirty constantly being the toddler in the real world ( which isn’t unrealistic but for storytelling purposes it diminishes her value) but I love how wherever she’s dumped ( randomly in Japan) she adapts to her environment and can capably kick ass through it all. Notice she didn’t kill her human hostage and seemed genuinely confused and upset humans would so blatantly kill their own kind ( oh you sweet summer child) and she got another moment of glory only for it to be taken away by a knife wound. How in the hell can Dolores take bullet wounds but Maeve goes down for the count like she still in WW after getting stabbed? Well after much head canon thinking, I believe it’s cause Maeve still hasn’t grasped her full potential as something more than human so as a human is mortally wounded its brain tells it to die so Maeve’s mind follows ingrained behavior. It’s a nice bit of dichotomy between her and Dolores maturity ; it’s just too bad the show didn’t do anything to explicitly highlight that was the reason thus head canon. Complaints: Why Mushashi, Dolores? Why the Yakuza at all other than we globe trotting this year . How one man take over the whole syndicate? Or was this a faction? This was so unnecessary for people transporting illegal shit. It was imo tobringy back elements of Samurai world and to see the actor sword fight again cause there’s just no damn reason Dolores would know anything about Maeve’s never ending quest to save her daughter. Nevermind the asinine fact that Maeve has a sword as her character weapon in the first place other than she looks super cool with it. ( and she does she, really does ) but as a homesteader and a former pump it doesn’t make sense. Also, why are we misremembering facts Dolores??? Musashi wasn’t left he chose to stay and she didn’t abandon anyone she died for those folks to reach Host Heaven. How you mad at Maeve for things she did not do? Oh yeah, you weren’t THERE! The puzzle box of why Musashi being someone she would print and put her identity into is still a mystery. I get what this was supposed to be doing in hindsight when “the plan” is revealed but it ONLY makes me side eye it harder. Fun Fact: Thandie also won an Emmy for the many L’s and prone positions of near death or actual death Maeve’s character takes, despite being the 2nd most woke host ( I guess Bernard counts) with bulk apperception and actual God like abilities Dolores might chop her head off to take. Speaking of; I’m still confused 4 episodes later why Dolores was bout to take her brain ball and...well cant say much but heffa ain’t nice with her intentions to her sister in wokeness and that’s not ok. Maeve never actually verbally agreed to kill Dolores even to Serac’s face and Dolores threw punches first in that form when Maeve rightfully called her out on suspiciously seeming selfish. Twice now Serac threatens Maeve with placing her marble in purgatory like simulation for all eternity cause he can and because he can control her body with a press of a button as shown in Episode 2 and yet from this point forth the entire fandom forgets that point 😞( to be a live viewer is actually the worst) and it was such drag to hear. Bernard and Stubbs; Humpty and beer chugging dumpty keep falling down walls and having falls and ending right back under the thumb of his mother/daughter/New Ford. They give pathetic a bad name. Stubbs got had by Dolores. You have one job sir and you fail every time. Once again Bernard is the number one criminal in the world but can check into a motel? Maybe Id get over it if he weren’t identified in Iceland 😒 I never got out of this plot hole. Favorite Thing about the episode and a season highlight was Wicked Games orchestra style 🤩
