I loved watching your reaction to this, JRabbit and RJ. I agree the cinematography was beautiful. I will admit that I am kind of in love with Japanse stuff. I did a study abroad for four months in 2010 in Shinjuku so very different than this. I've also been on three different trips to Japan independent from study abroad. I've taken like half a dozen Japanese language and writing classes, 3 Japanese history classes, and 2 each Japanse Literature and Japanese Art History...so yeah, might be a tad obsessed I really like the still quiet moments in the show too and think the team really made use of those. .One of my favorite places in the entire world is in Shinjuku Gardens, there's a lake there a short distance from a traditional Japanese teahouse where you can just stand in front of a lake, there are all kinds of plants and flowers surrounding you but if you look just above the top of the trees you can see the very modern day city. Again, one of my favorite places I have ever been, I hope this show gets voted in :) And don't worry JRabbit you didn't seem to dislike the show despite you being sick. I once lied and said that I was sick because I cried at the end of Captain America, and then multiple people assured me that it was okay that I cried at the end of Captain America
