This is one of the strongest episodes in my opinion too. It's just so terrifying to think that their memories were manipulated so much that it changed their core personalities. Well, except Ianto, even though he thought he really was a serial killer, he begged to be locked up. I like that part of him was still clinging on. He's too much of a sweetheart to be bad (we'll forgive him the incident with the cyberwoman lol). Although Rhys has had some pretty shitty cards dealt to him throughout the show so far, I think this episode gave him something he really needed. When Gwen's memories start to come back, and she likes the way he's kissing her, he even says it himself that he thought that if she'd met him today, she wouldn't be interested, because of everything she sees in her life now. But realizing that she does want him, I think gave him some peace that he probably needed. Great reaction, looking forward to the next one.
