I really love and appreciated how you said you identified with Erin in this episode, JRabbit as that has been the way I have acted numerous times. If I was asked to deal with the pens and make sure everything was in order, I would probably panic as well about whether I should unpack them, if there is a right way or place to count them, whether there is an Excel sheet on Pam's computer about inventory, whether pens count as inventory, if I was to put the pens on display I would worry about the way the boxes were facing, etc. It would be a huge mess. So I really identify with Erin when she says, "You left me in charge of the pens. That's what happened. The pens happened." Another thing is that I do enjoy the espresso storyline but having worked at Nespresso for two and a half years, the capsules or pods don't have the names of what they are calling them, none of them do. I think it's because Nestle has a looser license on the machine and tighter on the names of the coffees, still hearing Vienna Sunrise (or whatever it was) instead of Melozio, Caramelizio, etc. strikes me as interesting. Vienna Sunrise sounds more Keurig, to me.
