Trying Google Drive's Restricted Share Permission (Patreon)

For patrons with a tier eligible for Patreon only Google Drive, I am trying out changing the share permission to 'restricted'(only people added can view/download the content) from 'anyone' (with download link) for content security reason.

I am not sure if Google Drive will automatically fetch patrons' e-mail addresses(used to download Patreon-only) content and add them to the list or not.  I only have 10 people's e-mail addresses but I think I should have more on the list.
