FEBRUARY UPDATE (Patreon)

Hello everyone!

Man holy cow, my apologies for the massive radio silence this month. I got rather busy between looking for work and working on my health.

So, I'll get straight to the point starting from my last post regarding job-hunting. As it turns out, I didn't get the job at Disney. HOWEVER, they really liked me and my work and the interview went super well. It was a really tough decision for them, and they said they would keep me on their profile for any other opportunities for any show that comes up. This is huge, as studios are super prone to ghosting their potential employees. I am extremely happy with this response, and hopefully some day soon I'll get the chance to work with them. ;)

In the mean time, I actually had another feature animation studio reach out to me for a theatrical film (whoa!), and we've already negotiated rates! I haven't signed any contracts yet though, so I'm cautious in terms of ghosting since it appears to be super normal in this industry. Disney also opened a few slots again, so hopefully I'll hear something from them soon.

Therapy is still going well by the way and I think I'm approaching the necessary medication dose my body needs on the daily. It's been a gradual process these past 5 months figuring things out.

OKAY. So for 10 dollar patrons!! Requests-- my apologies for my tardyness! I owe requests for February now. I will be pausing March's charge so as to not overwork myself and unfairly charge y'all! Give me until the end of March to get Feb's requests done, and then we'll continue forward.

And the biggest update-- April will be the last month I will be receiving requests for an indefinite amount of time. I think I mentioned already that I was thinking about doing this, but for the time being I need a break from the monthly take-in. I may get back to them eventually but I can't say when. At that point, you can continue supporting this patreon with your current tier, change your sub to whatever tier you desire, or drop it in April. Regardless of your decision, thank you for your support!

I'm hoping by that time I'll get back to personal art and boards on the regular again as my health is on it's way to a stable condition. Right now I'm just trying to fight a bit of an art block since I took a break for so long! If you enjoyed my wip content, maybe you'd like to stick around for that.
