hi everyone, i hope you’re all doing okay. happy friday!

just wanted to leave the link for this weeks video here in case anyone missed it- it went up on tuesday. i’ve been working behind the scenes on the autism inserts, and will compile you a nice update post about them tomorrow evening (hopefully), along with some photos- we’re hoping to go into london for a st. david’s day market 🌼

i also wanted to thank you all again for the little chats in the messenger side of things, it’s really lovely to drop in with lower-key updates and get some feedback. and lastly this week, a book recommendation:

i spotted this while out on wednesday and picked it up, with very little hesitation 😅 read the first 50 pages over a cup of coffee and was honestly a bit emotional at how relatable a lot of it was for me. the author is welsh, so consider this my unofficial st. david’s day recommendation, especially for anyone else dealing with long term sleep issues. im over 150 pages in now, and honestly think it’ll be one of those books i keep on my nightstand and own multiple copies of 🌙📚
