hi everyone, i hope you’re all doing okay, and that the new week will be kind to you. are you doing anything cool or exciting?

at the weekend i took tiny wednesday into london with my dad- we’re practicing for hopefully travelling to wales on the train with her next week. it’ll be the first time we’ve visited wales and our family since the pandemic, so we’re looking forward to it and hoping that wednesday will manage it all ok.

finally, i’m working on the next issue of mundane, which will be a halloween special alongside the usual lil everyday bits! it’s the first thing i’ve felt enthusiastic about in a little while, which is nice as i’ve been struggling a lot with burn out and art block. this issue will come as a special edition with prints and stickers, and i’m also considering an enamel pin but i’m unsure if this will be included or separate at the moment!

this is my design for the first print that will be included with the zine, and will have a little information about all souls day on the reverse. i’m hoping to make this issue (and all future issues) a5, as i’m worried that the small text of the a6 zines may not be accessible. i’ll look forward to updating you on this special issue as i work through it!
