Cup O' Love - Redesigns & Concepts (Patreon)

It's Cup O' Love week!!!

I'm taking this whole week to get things started for the new revamp of the webcomic with Mya and Janet, and so far I'm really feeling it!

So what we have in this post is the basic idea of the new uniforms for the girls, as well as slight adjustments to their character designs.

Mya is ditching the hairband, and Janet is going for thin-rim glasses this time around, as well as a lightly more angular overall look to their core shapes, colors and  styles. Proportions may vary... >_>

Alongside the redesigns, I am going to start including more recurring characters as well; there will be more going on in the coffee shop going forward with a cast of new colorful characters, and returning ones as well.

Among the new characters will be some key figures, including: Janet's friends (the nerd boys), Erika the barista who appeared in the Refill chapter, Miya the Social media Influencer (Mya's arch-rival!!) and a new manager, Mr. Manager!

I've also sketched out the floor layout of the shop itself, which is based off of my old store that I used to work in 10 years ago.
