2019 Review

There have been some ups and downs this year, exciting things and disappointments. Overall, it has been a good year of growth for me, experimenting with new ideas and taking risks. 

Started the year in pretty good shape, had the ability to get a business loan, got some new equipment, managed to make some popular comics and come up with some new strategies.
It was also fun making printed books as well! I definitely want to continue that when I can.

On the downside of things, lost quite a bit of money investing in that HentaiCon that got canceled, so that sucks. ;p
And as much as going on vacation was interesting, it ended up causing more problems than it solved.
I'm fairly behind on most of my November and December commissions, hoping to get them all complete before Xmas time! @_@
I also have to get out the last international orders of the Cup O' Love books soon as well. (I'm sorry to those who are still waiting!)

In the end, I think I've learned a few things this year that should help make next year go a lot smoother. Going to be trying my best not to get burnt out basically.

2020 Plans

To start, let's talk about comics!

I am going to be finishing up Cup O' Love: Blend as soon as I can, it's been on hold since October!

Once that chapter is complete, I plan to take the comic in a new direction. What this means is a change to the art style a bit to allow me to complete it quicker and maybe experiment a bit with it.
I also want to focus on introducing more characters and plot to it, with sex as a secondary feature, rather than the main thing.I've found that people are more invested in the characters than just the sex scenes, and I want to follow up on that too!

Alongside that, I want to do some more sketchy side comics as well as the main exclusive comics. Just simple stories and scenes that are quick and fun to do!

Regarding my commissions, I want to do less of them overall, so I have a new plan I'm going to try.
Instead of doing two streams a week, or taking on months worth of comms all at once, what if I combined those together?
Basically, I will try taking on 8 commissions at the start of the month, as well as doing my on-demand sketch streams once a week.
So still the same amount, but the idea is to have more time free in my schedule.

Doing this will hopefully help me have more time for other projects like comics and games!
