decided to rehaul Toffee’s design, his old one just wasn’t fun enough to draw. Now he’s a big splindly twink dreamsicle dog man. Toffee is part spaniel like his brother, though their mother’s afghan hound genes show up stronger in him than they do in Topher. He’s heard just about every variation of “why the long face” you can imagine, though he’ll still give you a pity chuckle if you say it.

Toffee distanced himself from his father and his church many years ago, opting instead to build a new church with a stronger emphasis on love, tolerance, and charity. He’s about ten years older than Topher and about twenty years older than Honey (he’s roughly the same age as Honey’s mother). He’s particularly close with Topher and just about the only person Topher trusts. Their father did well shielding Honey from her estranged brothers’ “wicked influence”, but Toffee does still care deeply for his baby sister, and is far more patient and sweet to her than Topher could ever be.
