This is so stinking cute and I love the pink on Cuppy's hooves!! :D But okay imagine that they're in full courtship mode and being doofy lovebirds giving gifts and the like in earth pony style (and doing impressive shows of strength that have poor Pandora nearly combusting of lust), when Cupcake gets the thought that maybe her betrothed would like to have a bit of draconequus type signs of affection. So she goes to her future father-in-law for ideas and research. Later, Cupcake will be the first to admit that she really should have known better. After some wildly inaccurate information, follows a few days of public, loud, flashy, very bizarre displays of the depths of the earth pony's love (all with a stoic face and flat voice) for her very amused (and secretly increasingly concerned) best friend. As much as Pandora very much enjoyed the three hour laughing fit she got out of seeing her serious little solider dressed as a giant chicken yodeling about Panny's beauty, she finally seriously asks if Cuppy's feeling alright. "You didn't get a brain tumor or something, did ya my Cuppy cutie?". But her amusement quickly fades when Cupcake admits to her that she knows that Pandora sometimes still struggles being one of the only members of her kind, and she thought Pandora deserved to be shown how much Cupcake adores her in every way she can express it. Once Pandora gets done flinging herself ugly crying onto her love (all the while grossly blubbering she can't believe Cupcake was making herself look like a complete and utter lunatic for HER-"gee thanks, Boss"), she fiercely nuzzles her little pony and assures her that Cupcake has always made her feel like the luckiest, most loved, beast of burden in all of Equestria <3 And who knows. Maybe that was Discord's plan all along.
