I was really surprised by all the positive feedback on my Danny Phantom piece! A lot of people asked for my take on more characters, so here's a sneak peek at a screenshot redraw I'm doing.

I used to find Sam to be really grating and pretentious, but with time I realized that as far as teenage girls go, Sam's character is sort of brilliant. Yes, she's pretentious, and bases her identity on scorning all things popular and pretty and mainstream, but who wasn't a bit of a rebellious edgelord as a teen? She's veeeeery realistic in this regard, she honestly reminds me a lot of my middle school self. I kinda wish she'd gotten more development, I think it could have been really interesting for her to lose her internalized misogyny as she comes to befriend other girls (Paulina, Valerie) and learn that she's really not so different from them.
