After a moment, the atmosphere calmed.

King Cold narrowed his eyes and picked up his wine glass again, taking a few sips before speaking leisurely, "Frieza must be short on manpower now. I'll send my elite troops to support him. Also, keep a close watch on Cooler’s movements and report back immediately!"

"Yes, Lord King Cold!" The extraterrestrial, as if granted a pardon, responded loudly. He then bowed and cautiously made his exit from the palace.

On the splendid throne, King Cold casually swirled his wine glass, the blood-red liquid inside moving freely.

"Cooler, what are you searching for? Don't make any rash moves!" King Cold sneered softly, then drained his glass in one gulp, rising from his throne with his imposing frame.

...

In the northern part of the North Galaxy.

Cooler stood with his hands clasped behind his back on a cosmic platform in the vacuum of space, his eyes as cold and merciless as a demon's, staring into the distant cosmos.

Cooler's typical appearance featured purple skin, and his head, shoulders, and limbs were covered with white sandstone armor. A purple tail trailed behind him.

His overall form was very similar to Frieza's final form but in reversed colors. Where Frieza was predominantly white with purple accents on shoulders and wrists, Cooler’s colors were the exact opposite. Moreover, Cooler appeared more masculine compared to the relatively petite final form of Frieza.

"My lord, with the extinction of the Saiyans, Lord Frieza's forces are vulnerable. Why not seize the opportunity to expand your territory?" Shaviza, captain of the mecha troops, asked with a light smile.

"Shaviza, my foolish brother finally did something right. How could I disturb him at such a time?" Cooler's deep voice echoed, "Besides, my father, King Cold, would not be pleased to see me expand further. It would make him uneasy!"

Mentioning King Cold, Cooler's expression became a bit somber. The one being in the North Galaxy he could never fully understand was his father—the once ruler of the entire North Galaxy, King Cold.

If not for the battle centuries ago with his arch-enemy, King Davido, which, although King Cold eventually repelled him, left him severely injured, it wouldn't have been Cooler's turn to rule.

Recently, however, it seemed King Cold might be considering a comeback, something Cooler was not eager to see. Although confident in his superior strength, King Cold’s long-standing authority and the remnants of his past might were still daunting!

Facing his father, Cooler dared not take any risks.

"Let's leave the matters of the South for now. Any news about the search for the Tree of Might's fruit?" Cooler waved his hand dismissively, then asked earnestly.

Shaviza shook his head, "We've deployed significant forces and scoured the northern regions thoroughly, but we've found no sign of the Tree of Might's fruit yet."

"Don't rush; take it slowly. If it’s not in the northern region, continue searching elsewhere. We will find it!" Cooler nodded slightly, his tone serious.

He hadn't increased his power in many years. As an ambitious king, Cooler could not be satisfied with his current strength. The legendary Tree of Might's fruit might just be the key to further enhancing his power.

Waving Shaviza away, Cooler remained alone in the vacuum of space.

Among the Frieza Race, he was exceptionally talented, yet his younger brother Frieza was more gifted. Without effort, he could lose everything, and that was not what he desired.

In the midst of the turbulent temporal chaos, everything appeared disordered and chaotic.

Xavier never expected that he would find himself tumbling into a time rift alongside Bardock.

To get lost in time was to be doomed forever!

Surrounded by oppressive shades of crimson, the searing heat and energy that struck him were torturous, worse than death. These were the chaotic energies of the time rift, far more terrifying than the spatial rifts Xavier had encountered when using his powers alone.

"I must find Bardock and Merus!" Clenching his teeth, Xavier navigated through the temporal maelstrom, though the severe pain twisted his features grotesquely.

Enduring immense agony, Xavier slowly drifted through the turbulent streams. In the rift, time and space were in disarray; one moment he was here, the next he might find himself far away. In this realm, both time and space were bizarrely distorted.

Facing the time rift, mere pure energy was powerless, or perhaps due to a difference in levels, pure energy had lost its effectiveness here.

Xavier's slender frame struggled in the dark red twisted space, like sinking into a quagmire, continuously pulled at by unseen forces, making every movement exceedingly difficult. The exhaustion from activating his time and space abilities caused his muscles to ache and his brain to gradually cloud.

After an indeterminate amount of time, just when Xavier could no longer sustain his powers, a bright light suddenly appeared ahead.

"That's... Merus!"

A wave of relief washed over Xavier as he saw Merus, glowing radiantly, floating hundreds of meters away.

"The power of the Dragon Balls has been activated; this might be the way out of the temporal chaos." After pondering briefly, Xavier hastened toward Merus’s position.

But at that moment, his energy nearly depleted, his spatial and temporal abilities began to dissipate and soon he could no longer use them at all.

Xavier’s face fell. "When it rains, it pours!"

The major drawback of space and time abilities was their high energy consumption. With no other option, he yelled and waved his arms, relying solely on brute strength to move, but the distance to Merus seemed not to decrease at all.

This harsh reality made Xavier feel a sense of despair. Was he doomed to drift forever in this strange place?

As time slowly passed, Xavier ceased his futile struggles, quietly staying in the space, eyes closed in contemplation.

A moment, a day, a month — perhaps there was no concept of time here at all. Xavier didn’t know how long he had been there.

However, as he spent more time in the temporal maelstrom, a miracle occurred. Xavier faintly felt as though he was reverting to a state before his birth, a warm flow spreading from his chest throughout his body.

"It's a warm feeling, like returning to the embryonic stage." His expression was somewhat enraptured, the warmth reminiscent of being back in the womb.

Suddenly, he realized he had been to this place before!

When had he been here?

"Right, before I came to the Dragon Ball world, in that secluded, dark, mysterious space! The atmosphere here is somewhat similar to that place."

Xavier realized that this dark red time rift felt like the gloomy space he had encountered before, only more bearable than the mysterious and oppressive atmosphere of the initial creation-like grey haze in the mystical space.

As he hesitated, two beams of light emanated from his chest. The temporal and spatial energies, previously depleted, were now reactivating and began to continuously absorb the energies from the time rift.

At this moment, Xavier no longer felt the pain and oppression, but rather a sense of exhilaration and freedom, as if a fish had returned to water. Perhaps due to the more advanced nature of his inherent spacetime energies, he was able to absorb the chaotic dark red currents bit by bit.

Two powers, icy blue and deep blue, began to merge. After integrating the dark red temporal chaos, Xavier's two abilities finally converged to form an independent origin.

"Spacetime energy!"

After the exhaustion of the two abilities, under the influence of the temporal maelstrom, the time and space abilities miraculously fused to create an even more advanced form of spacetime energy!
