Still here and still giving love to OCs I haven't drawn in awhile! This time it's Danielle Cho, Maria's handler for hero work. Since I'm working on a Miss Stellar comic right now, I'll tell you a bit about Hero Handlers. In this world, the Texas Hero Registry (Texas is a sovereign nation in Miss Stellar's world) assigns handlers to looks after heroes, to make they're using their abilities to serve the public and combat evildoers. Big League heroes like Alpha Ranger (Texas' #1 Hero) usually answer directly to the national government and thus don't need a handler. However, rookies like Miss Stellar or Scrap Maiden do have one and Danielle Cho serves as the Hero Handler for Cedar Cave's batch of up and coming crime fighters (Rookies like Maria and Jack are usually assigned to small towns like Cedar Cave to cut their teeth against small fry villains before they're trusted with bigger stuff, they'd only get in the way of the big time heroes who can't afford to babysit sidekicks).

    However, there is a great risk in being a handler. As you can see here, crafty villains might try and capture a handler like Danielle in order to get to heroes like Miss Stellar. When that happens, Miss Cho has no choice but to place her trust in the heroes she looks after to do what they do best. Enjoy!
