Backlog: Jack 'Napped (Patreon)

Time for the first OC pic of 2021! It's the brash, headstrong crime fighting tomboy, Jacqueline "Jack" Powers. As usual, it's that pesky restrictor collar that's led to Jack finding herself bound and gagged! Yessir, that power-suppressing collar is crucial for making sure Jack doesn't accidentally harm anyone with her powers and she's only allowed to take it off during hero work. Thus, Jack is prime damsel material whenever she's not tasked with saving them. I'm not sure if she enjoys having to be rescued (not that she'd admit to liking it).
