Rosalina's new dress WIP (Patreon)

Been wanting to draw a new dress design for her for a while. This is still a WIP so some things may change in the final design.

I'm not expecting this to blow up as much as the Starry Night one did, and I'm not trying to one up it either. The Starry Night dress is it's own unique thing and I don't want to make a Starry Night 2 or anything. This is just something I thought Rosalina would also look good in, is all.
