Great season of reactions!! Great pace too :) My top 5 episodes: 1-Apocrypha: Love the black oil alien story line and the look of it. The oil oozing out of Krycek onto the ufo is one of the most iconic and memorable images from the season 2-Clyde Bruckman's Final Repose (prefect mix of lighthearted while still having surprising depth. Hard to do both.) 3-War of the Coprophages (my fav comedic episode of the season. Bambi was hilarious and Mulder calling Scully as she lives her best life 😂) 4-Paper Clip (a little messy but quite a conclusion to a series of episodes, felt like it gave a good payoff) 5-Oubliette (Doubt this makes many peoples top 5 but really sad and haunting episode about the lasting effects of severe abuse, the psychic connection and her helping the new kidnapped victim even as it leads to her own death. A episode that just sticks with me) Honorable mentions: Talitha Cumi(really bringing the mythology stuff together in interesting ways) -Jose Chung's 'From Outer Space' (supper funny and deconstructing the show at times) -Pusher (one of the best stand alone villains, tough keeping this out of the top 5 but so many great episodes) My bottom 3 episodes: the list / Teso dos Bichos/ Hell Money (don't dislike any of these, but just not AS good as the rest) Most consistent season so far, the mythology stuff starting to come together. Able to mix in comedic episodes without missing a beat. S2 took more risks and really experimented with stuff, this season kind of settled into what worked best in S1/S2 and seemed to know what the show wanted to be now. My fav characters in order (so far): Mulder / Scully / Skinner / Krycek / Frohike I relate to Mulder most, and feel the need to protect Frohike the most Hyped for S4! Happy New Year 🥳
