If you enjoyed this, you'll probably like most s1 episodes. This is one of the weakest episodes of the whole show imo. Mostly the pace is slow and the mind control story is ok at best. I did like getting a little more feel for the variety of immortals (always a sucker for Duncan meeting a old "friend"), and the Richie and Angie stuff was cute. The bar scenes were the best. indeed, who doesn't need an extended musical break! The ending bit with all four standing in Tessa/Duncan's bedroom was great. Really enjoying how the actors play off each other even this early on. Your hilarity at how horny Duncan/Tessa are is a continuing highlight of these reactions 😂

Lol…”They got some fucking to do.” 😂 so funny and so accurate 😂 I don’t think Duncan gave him the herb back. I assume the bottle was empty and of no use? 🤷🏻‍♀️ Shashank makes a really good point. The chemistry between the actors is so good and they are so likable that it elevates the story; keeps you interested. I love all the callouts about the clothing, music breaks, etc. Such a product off its time.

Yeah I think you're right, it was the same bottle Duncan emptied out so he didn't give him the herb back. That's why Kiem Sun said it'll take a hundred years to grow it back. Why Duncan threw him the empty bottle back?!?.....who knows maybe he didn't want a good bottle to go to waste
