All information regarding Commissions for May '23 (Patreon)

Hi everyone and thanks for being patient while I put this together. I hope the attached sheet will prove useful.

Commissions will work as follows:

- 2 commission slots will be available in May 2023. In future months it's likely this number will increase.

- Slots will be made available to Patrons first. This includes ALL Patrons. You are not required to be on a higher tier to request a commission.

- When commission slots are made live (tomorrow/1st May 2023) a post will be made containing a link to a Google Forms page. This will ask you what type of commission you are looking for, what your idea is, and ask for accompanying reference. After your entry is submitted, I will receive it for reviewing. Completing this form is required to be considered.

- The slots will be available for 48 hours minimum, in order to allow for every Patron that is interested in a commission to submit their request. I am hoping 48 hours will be a fair amount of time to accommodate everyone.

- If I feel it is necessary or if slots are not filled in this time, then the slots will be made available on Twitter until they are filled. 

- I will read all responses to the Commission Form and select 2 ideas I want to produce. 

- You will be contacted via Patreon messages to inform your idea has been selected. It's your choice if you'd like to continue discussing on Patreon, or we could chat on Discord. Whichever is suitable for you! At this time we will discuss your idea, discuss reference, and anything else I'll need to know to begin.

- Once the commission process has started, I will be in touch with you regularly with updates on its progress and if I have any further questions.

- You are able to make suggestions and edits at this stage, but please be mindful that this will take more time if things need to be changed in any major ways.

- When I have drawn a sketch that you've approved, I will ask you for full payment. This will be made via PayPal. 

- I will ask you to provide around 1-2 weeks for delivery of your commission. It likely will not take this full amount of time but I want you to be aware of timescales. 

- I will work on one commission at a time to ensure I can focus on the quality of your piece. Please be patient and allow me to get in touch with you when its time to work on your project. 

- I will provide to you the full quality illustration upon completion, including the PSD file.
