Content

Hopefully it's clear that I'm putting a lot of time into the commissions that I do to make them as good as possible, however I've not been able to deliver on doujinshi content at the same time. And so, my idea to counter this is to change how I'm going to focus my April. And if this system works, hopefully this can move forward into future months also.

- I want to work on the doujinshi, but I can't do two things at once, so the idea is the first 2 weeks of April are going to be spent focused on doujinshi content.

- The second 2 weeks of April are going to be spent focusing on commissions.

- This means there will be 2 slots open for commissions during April, however doujinshi content will be guaranteed as it will be the focus for the first 2 weeks of the month.

- I'll still be making plenty of $1 and $10 content, so these tiers will be uneffected

What do you think? This idea allows me to hopefully please folks on all tiers.

I'm so sorry for not producing enough doujinshi content lately, and it's been for a number of factors but the largest of being time I have available. However, if I change the plan as described above, then it should see a greater change and a better schedule for me to follow.

Please let me know if you agree to this idea.

I agree, however I would also suggest the following. When making changes to your workflow, implement a testing phase to identify any possible problems and address them in a revision such as this. It's not something you have to make public, it will feel less taxing when you have to make a change because you have planned for it. I've also personally got some flowcharts to visually see my workflow, it really does open up my thinking. You don't need fancy software, you can scribble it down on a bit of paper or on clip studio.
