Hello, cutie drones. Hex here.

As if a drone can visit here and not get fully coated in its drone uniform. There is always the return to the default. The base form. The foundational programming.

There's been a couple of sets this year where I feel my editting and lighting have really not been up to par. There was one with RubberPiggu where the images came out way too dark and some of the pictures with LATEXnCHILL were way way way too bright. I regret these mistakes (especially as those images are now up on the internet for all to see) but they have now given me an idea for what is too bright and what is too dark, so I can always aim for that perfect look right down the middle.

Learning from your mistakes is ever so important! Trying to turn those negatives into positives.

Something else to learn is the classic editing process of just... stepping away from your computer. It's very easy to get so lost in what you're doing that you forget what you should be aiming for. Stepping away for a break and then coming back will often help you realise where you're going completely wrong. It's something I need to get much, much better at.

Just a bit of self reflection. Enjoy the images!
