As all claimed reward drawings have been completed, I have begun work on the Poll Drawings backlog. I will also be using this period of time to complete some WIP's as well, so I will be flipping back and forth between those.

I am still waiting for some rewards to be claimed, so if you think you have some unclaimed rewards, please check if the last message I sent you to see if I notified you. After a period of time (probably when commissions are reopened), I will mark these rewards as low priority if still unsent. These rewards can still be claimed in the future but I will get to them on my own time.

----------

Concerning reopening drawing rewards, my drawing process has evolved a lot since the 1-hour sketch days. I ended up disliking the napkin-drawing quality sometime around August 2019 so I chose to spend much longer per drawing to make sure I met a better standard of quality. However, a time-increase per drawing meant that accepting 30 rewards per month got out of control fast. I can't repeat the same mistake of another year-long backlog.

Instead of doing "quick-sketch rewards" I will be looking at a "fixed-price commission" model starting with a small amount of slots per month (I might increase this if I can handle it). The prices will be fixed with restrictions set on character amount/idea complexity. This is so they won't take forever to complete. I want to think about these prices a bit more before finalizing them but they will be more close to the average artist commission price.

I might also think about returning to traditional commissions outside of patreon tiers. This will be for people who keep missing out getting into the patreon tier. It would work on a regular commission system (queue system/pay in full before commission starts).

I will finalize and let you know what I'm doing about commission rewards after the poll/WIP backlog is complete.

sounds like a good way to balance things while keeping up the quality you prefer! i recommend setting up a google form for accepting standard commissions (if you end up doing them) to make sorting through them more feasible, as I'm sure they will be popular
