Changed the Lottery tier into a Poll tier (Patreon)

hi there, I just found out that doing a lottery-type tier is against the rules of Patreon, so I changed it into a Poll-type tier.

All the supporters in this tier will be able to submit a choice for a poll that will be done the first days of the month, AFTER the loading of all the pledges, and where all my supporter will be able to vote.
