Side Story Poll / News! (Patreon)

Hey everyone! As promised, here is the poll to the next side story!

Also, some news. Book 2 was shaping up to be very long. So, in the interest of more manageable books for when the story eventually goes to KU, I am restructuring the books. For you guys, this won't mean too much. You already consume it chapter-to-chapter. Except, it does mean some more content is coming.

What is now Book 2 will now end with Chapter 31, or somewhere in between 120-130k words.

Also, I am splitting book 1 into two books. Because of where I am splitting it (after chapter 25), I will be working to add new content and expand the opening of the story. The idea is to improve the pacing and flow as well as the characterization in the opening arc.

This process is going to take some time as I do not want any of the main story to suffer. in the end I will be adding roughly 13 chapters or so. None of the overarching plot will change, but this will add to the characters themselves.

Now, this poll will probably be the last group of side stories for a bit. The reason for this is the amount of writing I will be doing over the next few months. The rework is going to add ~45K words worth of content to the story. I will be releasing that all at once to the public.

However, for those interested, Artificers will be able to see each completed chapter in a new channel on discord as they are done.

The other reason, is that I am currently outlining and planning a companion story that I will write during writathon. It will star the Knights of Haven's Hope and should be about 55-60k words. You guys will get to see it first here. Likely only a few days before public release, but definitely first. Artificers will be able to see it as a WIP when I start, and I am even planning on hosting streams if anyone is interested.
