[02/14/2019] Fixed a black line at the waist in HQ mod non-users pants 2, 6, 7, 13, 14, 15.

A new package has been replaced by an unknown bug in Pants 14.

Sims who was wearing a Pants 14 will be taking off  pants, so please put it back on.

And please let me know if there is a problem with the pants package.
