Please find dd's folder, put the uncompressed file into it and restart the game. After entering the game, switch SKIN in the lower left corner of the houndmaster

Being a vanilla class reskin, the install is a direct drag and drop, unless you have other hound master skins active, in which case you need to dive into the folder and find the conflict. You can have multiple skin mods active for a single class, but not if they share the folder names. )ei: Houndmaster_a, Houndmaster_b, etc)

you can also name it "Houndmaster Z" or any letter from A-Z, whatever Letter isn't already taken.

This, prev Houndmaster, Jester, Musketeer skin is the BEST cuz there is DICK, Not just tentacles! and this DICKS are actually doing their 'work' just my opinion :P
