Change skin tone :

1. ctrl + U ( Hue/Saturation )

2. ctrl + M ( Curves )

3. Use Brush(B) , Draw color (alt) Draw a highlight

PS : Changing to a specific color is a bit complicated and requires skilled use of the software.
