The Magnetsphere device can vibrate the air, ionize it and charge the air around it.

making a shield of many of these towers create a "pattern" that make most wireless signals to bouce over and over inside the city, it also work blocking signals outside (a tower alone won't make much, but the combination of many and placed in key parts form a shield capable of this effect)

these electrical charges affect navigation, so it makes a little more difficult to fly over the city space, this effect isn't exactly as strong.

there's a "bright" glow of the city seeing from space, as the charges in the air make it "shine" a bit, confusing the city from the sky with the surrounding clouds which the city is usually sorruounded with, as it's located in a harsh weather point of the planet.

It keeps getting better and better 😌 love this comic 😍 😄 ❤️ ❤️‍🔥also, I have the exact same idea of the barrier, the only difference is that it's placed on a mech/atlas.

I didn't think just a single antenna messing up with the atmosphere would make a good shield, that's why they are many and located all over, making a strange geometry to block stuff

That's a nice way to introduce some world building elements into the comic, really appreciate to see how the tech they are using works.... Truly, a fantastic work

In the legacy's version of the comic the magnet sphere was also explained before this point. But I thought it was fun to include again and talk about the different soldiers previously seen in the comic (in the prev episode)

I really like this lite world touches, it really makes it easy to dive into the world you are reading about Just an amazing job pulling this little details into the story

I know it's a bit silly to point out, but I love the idea of highlighting the important words it doesn't look like much but it helps to understand the really important words In general I find that Derideal is a lesson on how to succeed in a story the characters are always well introduced (Carlos Wally appears, he's a bastard (salaud), Daniel Earlson appears, he's a morally gray man, ect) the setting on stage is always well thought out, and the story only gives one desire, to know what is going on this past Otherwise I find very interesting the way the Consortium hides this city I think it is largely possible in reality

derideal

some of the elements in the text are something I learned reading some marvel or dc comics, sometimes certain words are bold for a remark of importance. I also made the city mechanism of hiding something that could teorically be made, according to my limited understanding :)

Nothing like sci-fi that's completely plausible. I am loving this chapter more and more visually and story-wise.
