Derideal ep 5, page 15 WIP+Blog (Patreon)

Hey, I missed the other blog, but I plan to continue with this one.

in general, this scene is how Aden and Laura meet "the rebels" in this version of the story, 

and I made this particular page mostly to "rescue" that scene where Laura show a bit her temper in the original, I liked that page, and I thought it was important to keep it...
I couldn't keep Aden being all happy being pet, but Laura dialog was important for me.

She doesn't want to feel like less of a person, I think if I ever make the comic all over again, I should probably include more about Laura since the start... I guess she won't be fully explained at the end, not that her past won't be shown a bit later on in the story (I was promising an episode with more about her and I got to include bits of her story in the next half of Derideal, yay!)

but still... I think it was a good idea to include more of her, I'm not really trained to do storytelling, and sometimes for focusing on something that felt important 4 years ago, I now discover I left out some other stuff that was good, or that could have been improved.

the "new" version of Derideal focus much more in Aden and make his dreams more complex and longer, also explain much better the experiment and part of the process his mind suffers... but doing that, I also left out other stuff, I guess at the end both versions of the comic will always complement each other.
