You never know when you'll be around a spot where you can do some help, besides patrolling and enduring the cold...
There's always activity around hospitals, so it's also a good idea to stick around and help during an emergency.

There are big Xeno guards posted in these kind of places, but they're not told to help the medics and they're never proactive.

still, you can always order your own xeno unit to help if needed, despite not being so strong as the guards, it's faster and have more social skills.

Hospitals are part what's known  as "THE SURVIVAL FUNCTION" 

This organization is in charge all aspects related to society survival, which means security, hospitals and even sanitation.

it's the biggest organization, with many divisions:

• Hospitals
• Police
• military
• general city maintenance
• education

each of these are handled by different divisions, leaders and such, every one of these answers to what's known as "THE CONTROL FUNCTION"

Hospitals in the Consortium city are very advanced, and there's always some sort of emergency going on... not everyone respect the curfew and some accidents happen.
