 I made the toe motion in Timeline, so press Ctrl+T to bring up the Timeline UI and press the play button.

Unfortunately, changing your character will remove the motion of toes, but if you load your body and face with the Body Slider Plugin, you can change your character's appearance while keeping the motion.
