Here’s a more general question. With the fake shows, do these people not try and watch previous episodes to see what the show is, or even look up who the host is?? I can’t believe you keep getting people to appear on them. Are they just that dumb or is there more to it?

There isn’t much more to it. They are dumb and desperate. I suppose it is aided a bit by the fact that weird internet interview shows have become more commonplace. But yeah mostly they are dumb.
