I know I'm probably more likely to immediately listen to a 5-10 minute clip...while a 45 minute pod will tend to end up in the queue

I dig the new film podcast. It’s a fun sidekick show to the rest of what you produce. My only suggestion would be to occasionally have a guest on board to have more of a dialogue (which tends to make film discussion more lively and insightful) but of course once you do that it becomes a whole deal and complicates the production element of making a podcast so I totally get it if, by nature, it needs to be solo and short. I guess that’s a convoluted way of saying Thumbs Up.
