VivaAI Blog #3 Oobabooga support is LIVE! (Patreon)

I lied about finishing in 2 weeks, I finished it today! Oobabooga support has just made its way into the client! You will need to redownload the client below.

Once you switch to Oobabooga for chat gen, all personality and character traits will be controlled by Oobabooga. These properties do not serialize into the cards you make yet! Tutorial below.

Major advantages of using Oobabooga:

• Free unlimited chat experience with your bot, no more monthly Viva chat tokens!
• Voice will still be generated though it is still subject to Viva voice tokens.
• Unlocked GPT chatting including NSFW! Do whatever you want.
• Runs on your machine!

Also some preliminary results from the first few days of testing. I have multiplied everyone's voice tokens by roughly 1.6x!

Oobabooga tutorial:

1. Download [Oobabooga]

2. Extract somewhere and run start_windows.bat, follow instructions it gives

3. Once it's ready, you're webui will be available at http://127.0.0.1:7860/

5. Go to the webui -> Session -> check "api" extension ->Apply And Restart

6. Open VivaAI -> Settings -> Oobabooga -> Install Folder and set it to the ROOT folder installation of your oobabooga (typically it's "oobabooga_windows")

7. That's it! You may need to select a character or download a character to use in Edit -> Personality.
