Handholding in v0.9 is not quite ready to show off yet as I had to implement a few more features to bring it back. Namely, grabbing characters.

It is now possible to grab characters by their limbs. This required a bit of massaging so the physics don't go wonky. Here's an early test:

One of the problems right now with grabbing ragdoll is the physics. Grabbing a ragdoll with another ragdoll is basically connecting a ragdoll with another ragdoll. This can cause lots of jittering as it makes it harder for Unity to satisfy all connected chain joints. As you can see the video above, as soon as I grab another character, I start to slide. This is because colliders are now forced to be closer together because of the grab and they start pushing me. This is being addressed for the next devpost. Other then that, it's pretty funny!

It's pretty stable as a first pass so that's good news.

One problem in v0.8 of Viva was trying to handhold Shinobu with her physics. If you pulled, her entire body would rotate towards you, making it seem like she was flying. This is no longer the case. If you pull in v0.9, her feet will remain on the floor now.

I already imported the old handhold animations from the older releases. I'm in the process of rebuilding handhold behaviors as a mod for v0.9. Should definitely be done with it in the next devpost.
