There are many things that can contribute to that, I think the lora is the main thing, but lf we don't consider the lora, I think the next best thing is the VAE kl-f8-anime2

This tends to be very situational, sometimes when I don't like the result I have to decide to keep doing other stuff or brute force until it's good. Spread ass has this problem, the reason: Stable diffusion is bad at: hands/fingers, anus, pussy and characters facing the other way.
