Another Rank 1!

Well I know it is starting to get silly at this point, but I will take this opportunity to talk about how this ranking system, and many other systems, are flawed and if you are a beginner or a very casual artist don't take them seriously.

So, I've noticed a repetition of certain people/artists, not everyone though, that is always at top 1-5 with multiple arts. You may look at their art and say that it's good. It is actually, their default quality is actually good, but 'they' repeat their concepts/poses way more often than me. While also doing some easy ones that helps a lot in the speed.

Okay, but if these people grow like this, it's because people like them, right? Yeah, kinda.

X/Twitter has a lot of big pages that you can pay so they will repost/retweet your post and you can include the pixiv post link in there so people will access it for more images.

If you include a link in your post it will be pushed down a lot, even if you are already shadowbanned, but if some big pages are sharing it, you can fight the algorithm. That way more people will access the content in less time. Pixiv rankings are based on the amount of views/bookmarks/likes that a post receive.

So, it happens that some people pay for boosting on twitter and maybe instagram or other websites and their post will be boosted a lot. I know that, because I asked some pages that were sharing my content from pixiv. They are tagging my twitter, but they don't share my pixiv link. Also they usually take almost a whole day to share so it has less effect on my daily rank.

Even against these odds I'm getting #1 and this feels amazing, because even if I may not be the best, at least it shows that people still like when something is done with passion.

I didn't pay a single person for boosting my content. The only time I paid something was twitter when I started, but it was a mistake, because twitter blue doesn't boost NSFW content. :D

If you do it while wanting to get better, you will be noticed. It's okay to make mistakes, risk yourself, make something you like too and see if people likes that too.

I'm not saying that you shouldn't boost your content if you want to grow up, I know visibility is very difficult to get, trust me I KNOW.

Also I'm chilling at very early-morning without my daily post being done so why sleep if I can finish this until post time, right? Let's go! (I've been very busy with commissions, training, etc)
