I've learned a few interesting things with this one. If you want to have a similar effect to character skin I suggest you try using DPM++ 2M Karras and the prompt shiny skin. For this one I was using YesMix V2 which is a different model that I never used for any post in here. It usually have flat colors when I test with most models and different samplers. For highres upscaler I suggest the usual R-ESRGAN Anime6B to have sharper lines (denoising strength around 0.4-0.45 or use 4x-Ultrasharp if you want tiny bit of realism.
