Why did you decide to go through Dropbox for the extra sets?

Bigger files are getting glitched again for uploading. I have other reasons too, such as organization for bigger collections when they get old. Not only that, but it's what I can give. I'm trying to give 2 options in case people can't figure where the download button on dropbox is, but the second option is free and goes down after some time. Should I make for normal sets too?
