Mount Lady tied with Tomo Aizawa in the vote. So then I got some data and also randomized to determine the winner.
Tomo Aizawa had more individual votes across all polls, she also won the random throws in best of 1, 3 and 5. So I think she is indeed the one who will pass to the next phase loser's bracket.
