Loved this💜 This is the first time I've seen this performance, it's such a fun song. I absolutely agree with you about Taylor's singing. She has such a presence on stage and connection with the crowd that makes her a superb performer. I personally, do not like a lot of belting and high notes in a song anyways, so she's perfect my ears.

We all love Taylor here and we know she's awesome live. But the main criticism of her singing came from her 2010 Grammy's performance when she did a duet with Stevie Nicks (from Fleetwood Mac), sadly Taylor was very nervous and she had a bad performance and sang pretty off key more than a few times that day. And that came along with the hate about her winning the Grammy for AOTY with Fearless and people saying she didn't really write her songs, that's where Mean came from. And that wasn't the first time she had issues singing during award shows since she got nervous. After that she really started to get more singing lessons, practice more and became a much much better singer. She was always top tier and emoting her feelings while singing but she did have to learn to better her technique.
