Gorbani Gathel was an SIS (MI-6) section chief in the K (special projects) branch in 2017. Formerly a field operative, she ran her part of K branch with the dedication and aplomb that only someone who had been in the field herself could have brought to the position. 

Her dressed as Aeon Flux is a just a personal fantasy of hers. A bit of cosplay for fun.
